What is your refund and cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • More than 3 months before the tour start date: full refund minus the deposit.
  • 2 to 3 months before the tour start date: 50% refund.
  • Less than 2 months before the tour start date: no refund.

We recommend guests take out robust cancellation insurance to cover any lost fees, as deposit payments are non-transferable and non-refundable, securing booking and planning services.
